What people ask us most
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. The agreement sets a schedule — usually a deposit on signing, two interim payments and the balance before the celebration. Every due date is reminded automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money, cash, and declaring a transfer with proof. A declared payment only counts once the proof has been checked.
Can we pay from abroad?
Yes. A payment may arrive in euros, dollars or pounds. The original amount, its currency and the rate applied all stay visible.
How do you handle invitations?
You build your list, choose an invitation template, and each guest receives a named ticket with a unique code, scanned at the door.
What if there is no network at the venue?
Entrance control works offline. Scans upload as soon as the network returns, and any double entry is flagged.
Do you work outside Yaoundé?
Yes, anywhere in Cameroon. Travel costs are stated in the quote.
